Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ IT Support in Head office, Factory all employees and top management with all IT related problems like software troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, new operating system installation, Mail Server maintenance, etc.
∎ File Sharing System Management.
∎ Mikrotik Router RB1100 Management.
∎ Router and Access point (Deco-m4) Management.
∎ Troubleshooting Knowledge of OS, CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
∎ Monitor the smooth operation of Internet system of head office & factory.
∎ Computer Hardware and its servicing knowledge on the related sector.
∎ Dynamically ICT-related support to all departments in a Factory.
∎ DVR & Online IP Camera configuration, setting & Maintenance.
∎ Desktop & Network support with attendance system support, CCTV, Web meeting, conference meeting support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates working in the Garments sector will be given preference.
∎ Should be a good team player, well-organized, initiative, and detail-oriented.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
