Desktop Application, IT hardware and Software operation, IT Support Service, Network Security, Operating Systems
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide IT support to all employees, including troubleshooting and resolving computer and network problems, assisting with software installation and setup, and providing training on new IT systems.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including operating systems, security software, and application software.
∎ Manage the company's CC camera system, including installing and configuring new cameras, monitoring security footage, and investigating incidents.
∎ Provide support for the company's website and other IT systems, including troubleshooting and resolving problems, and making updates and improvements.
∎ Keep up to date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend new IT systems and solutions to the IT Manager.
