Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Computer Science from any reputed university or equivalent.
∎ Skills Required: Computer literacy, IT Support Service

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer literacy, IT Support Service, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all IT systems operate seamlessly based on the required infrastructure and networking
∎ Install and Troubleshoot operating systems.
∎ Look after the Server
∎ Day to day troubleshoot the problems of all Desktop computers and Desktop productivity tools
∎ Do LAN cabling and ensure connectivity. Operate WAN communications and connectivity, modems, Hubs, Routers, Servers etc.
∎ Identify, manage and control the external infrastructure resources to ensure that all hardware and identified operating systems perform to their expected levels.
∎ Ensure that performances of the external resources are monitored and measured on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure that the designs for all infrastructure components are co-ordinated to establish an integrated company-wide environment, when installed.
∎ Monitor Infrastructure and operating system performance, plan and manage upgrades by co-coordinating with suppliers, and users.
∎ Train key users whenever necessary.
∎ Advise and adapt business justified new technologies, as and when applicable, in order to enhance performance of all systems.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

∎ Sound in communication in both English and Bangla Language
