Responsibilities & Context:
Nadia Furniture is looking for motivated & responsible fresh graduates to join its IT department at the factory. This role will support daily IT operations, system maintenance, and user support within a factory environment.
Provide IT support for the factory office & operational staff
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and related devices
Assist in maintaining LAN, internet, and internal network systems.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset records
Support data backup and basic system security under supervision
Coordinate with vendors when necessary
Basic server security, backup, and monitoring
Fundamental networking knowledge
