Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EE, Diploma in Engineering in CSE, EE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and maintaining day-to-day IT Operations
∎ Configuring internet, WIFI, and office networking with switch/router and cabling.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining Mail Server & users mail configure.
∎ Installing and troubleshooting Wi-Fi, printers, and scanners.
∎ Maintain Storage server & daily backup.
∎ Ensure disaster recovery & IT Security issues.
∎ Collaborating with office staff to execute and ensure information security
∎ Vendor communication for Internet and hardware service
∎ Attendance device maintenance
∎ Assisting in any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Capable to manage 100+ users PC, Laptop & Network.
∎ Proven experience in IT roles, with expertise in hardware/software installation, networking, and troubleshooting.
∎ Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Mail Server, printer and scanner installation, and daily-use applications.
∎ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Proficiency in configuring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
∎ In-depth knowledge of internet networking, switch/router configuration, and cabling.
∎ Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
∎ Familiarity with printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting.
∎ Expertise in executing information security assessments.
∎ Knowledge of daily-use applications.
