∎ Training/Trade Course: International Accounting Standards,International Financial Reporting Standards,Income Tax
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, IAS and IFRS, Taxation and Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Consulting Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possess excellent technical knowledge of IFRS, ISA, applicable Tax & VAT legislations and relevant regulatory guidelines;
∎ Work closely with Partners;
∎ Co-ordinate, direct and supervise Managers;
∎ Act as the primary/secondary point of contact for local and foreign business clients;
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for RSM in organizational roles;
∎ Oversee team's overall performance and ensure completion of goals;
∎ Understand conflicts faced by teams and provide solutions;
∎ Ensure that regulatory and network requirements are met within stipulated timelines;
∎ Conduct trainings for managers and below;
∎ Conduct performance reviews of managers and below;
∎ Ensure and enforce staff's compliance with internal firm policies and conformance to practices;
∎ Communicate progress, needs and updates to team as well as Partners;
