Job Context:
∎ Industry-related experience as an IT Support Executive.
∎ Professional certification (e.g. CCNA, MTCNA, RHCE, MCSA)
∎ Solid background in network Support.
∎ In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP, IPv4 & IPv6) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)
∎ Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools)
∎ Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS)
∎ Sharp troubleshooting skills
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or any related fields
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
∎ To be confident to handle the Systems of ISP with home & corporate customers.
∎ Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
∎ Troubleshooting network-related issues and solving them on time.
∎ Work on both Pv4 and IPv6-based networks.
∎ Troubleshooting of IP CORE backbone and connectivity.
∎ Good Knowledge of networking infrastructure, including CAT 5/6 Cabling, Wireless Networks, Network Switches, WAN/LAN, Domain Controller, Active Directory, Firewall and VPN application.
∎ Configure Web mail, Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Proxy, FTP etc. under Linux/Windows platform.
∎ Servers, Workstations, Networking Equipment, PABX, CC Camera, Email accounts, and also support for the underlying Server/Desktop Infrastructure.
∎ Having practical knowledge to install & configure networking Router (MIKROTIK, CISCO, Juniper); Switch (CISCO, BDCOM) & OLT (VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA) & Wireless Devices.
∎ Manage different types of internal monitoring servers such as Cacti, Nagios, DNS Server as per requirements.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
∎ Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, Server hardware, and logs.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
