Job Context:
∎ ASSURE GROUP is opening a new sector of Hospitality service in the field of Tourism. To make the service all-inclusive and premium, the group is looking for an IT Executive for its Hotel/Resorts at Cox’s Bazar & Manikganj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ERP-Hospitality Management
∎ Should have a clear concept and knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WiFi network
∎ Should have a clear knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
∎ Should be able to format the computer and maintain networking
∎ Capable of setting CCTV operation and maintenance
∎ Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance (PC, Laptop, Printers, etc.)
∎ Should be able to configure MikroTik, PABX
∎ Hotel Mode TV configure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years (s), in a reputable Hotel / Restaurant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Support Client Service, ISP, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
∎ Working experience on GPON/EPON network
∎ Sound knowledge of Fiber to the home (FTTH) technology
∎ Basic understanding of optical fiber testing, and test instruments
∎ Good communication skills and teamwork
∎ Able to manage field operation team
∎ Knowledge in PMS
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and quick decision-making skills
∎ Excellent team management skills
∎ Good communication skills
