∎ We are looking for a self-motivated IT Executive to maintain and oversee our company`s hardware & network-related issue. This person will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT department like as purchasing IT equipment, trouble Shooting of network hardware & software (both Head Office & Branch) and so on.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Network Installation and Maintenance.
∎ Trouble Shooting of Network Hardware & Software.
∎ Responsible for Network Designing, Monitoring & Reporting.
∎ Diagnose, and troubleshoot system & network problems, solve hardware faults and replace parts as required. Collaborate with software team as and when required to resolve software support needs relevant to hardware troubles.
∎ Responsible for Configure, Backup, Update Switching, Routing and Firewall.
∎ Manage Support Network services through Proxy, Mail, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Web Server in Linux platform, Antivirus Server, IP Telephony System and ensure maximum up-time of all running services.
∎ Provide technical supports (Computer Hardware, Printer, Network and Software) to the end users of different systems.
∎ Manage Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook & web mail, etc.
∎ Responsible for Maintaining, troubleshooting, installing and configuring of LAN, WAN and WiFi equipment.
∎ Construct and manage different types of VPN (IPsec, GRE, IP-IP, EoIP, PPTP, L2TP, etc.)
∎ Configure and manage security protocol & port security like SSL, SSL VPN, ACL, VLAN, VTP, STP, NAT, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Responsible for Configure, Backup, Update Switching, Routing and Strong understanding of IP Networks.
∎ Experience in Mikrotik Router.
∎ Knowledge of LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Switch, Router, Firewall, IP camera, IP PBX) & their installation, configuration, and cabling.
∎ Able to travel to different branches.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 24000 (Monthly)
