∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Troubleshooting hardware & software and logging problems.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of existing network configuration, Networking equipment, Servers (Microsoft mail Server), PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server desktop infrastructure.
∎ Responsible for the Maintenance of Switch, Hub, Microtik and WiFi router,
∎ Responsible for the Maintenance of IPS and Power connection.
∎ Responsible for installing operating system, driver software, application software, configuring email in outlook.
∎ Responsible for smooth functioning and co-ordination of official CCTV and ISP vendors.
∎ To be able to maintenance and development the Web Page.
∎ Provide hardware, software and network support to concern Staff.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for updating inventory of all hardware and IT products and information.
∎ Prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT hardware and software.
∎ Keep updated on the latest technology and security risks.
∎ Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the company authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of network infrastructure, cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN.
∎ Good knowledge on Windows Setup.
∎ Good knowledge on router, firewall and email gateway system
∎ Smart, proactive, energetic, hard worker and result oriented
∎ Ability to perform the duties under pressure
∎ Self-motivated.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
