Responsibilities & Context:
Overseeing the installation and configuration of hardware, software, networking equipment, printers and scanners;
Maintaining and updating computer systems, servers, network equipment, CCTV system and access control system;
Providing first-line IT support and troubleshooting to users, including resolving hardware and software issues;
Editing photos using software;
Ensuring all the systems are regularly updated with the latest software and security updates;
Managing relationships with IT service providers and vendors for equipment procurement;
Assisting with network connectivity issues and ensuring the stability of the network.
