∎ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook, and possess strong English communication skills. Professionalism in email correspondence is essential.

∎ 3. Experience : 3 + Years in similar background
∎ 4. Responsibility & Context :
∎ Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service locations efficiently.
∎ Manage schedules and ensure timely dispatching of service calls.
∎ Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication with team members.
∎ Maintain accurate records and data in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly using Microsoft Outlook.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service and support.
∎ 5. Skills & Expertise :
∎ Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
∎ Experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.
