Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Islamic Studies/Arabic, Business Administration/ Banking and Finance / Marketing / Management /Economics / any other disciplines from any reputed University approved by the UGC.
Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant desk/field preferably in a reputed Islami Banking Organization.
Must have sound knowledge in Islamic Economics/Finance and Banking.
In-depth knowledge of Islami Sariah, Islami Asset & Liability Products, Profit Distribution Systems in Islami Banking.
Strong communication skill in Bengali and English.
Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Word, Excel etc.
Need to perform any relevant job as assigned by the Line Manager/ Management.
Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
Amicable personality & Positive attitude.
Capable to work as a team player.
Work as Customer Service Officer of Islami Banking Windows (IBWs) of the Bank to provide all required services to Customers of the IBWs.
Open and close of all kinds of Accounts (AWCD A/C, MSD A/C, MTRD A/C, MDS A/C etc.) complying related Laws and Regulations, Regulatory requirements, internal policies and SOP.
Issuance of check books, Debit Cards, Credit Cards etc.
Issuance, Payment and Encashment of Mudaraba Term Deposit/MDPS etc.
Issuance, Collection and Cancellation of Payment Order, Demand Draft etc.
Services of BACH (Clearing & BEFTN), RTGS.
Responsible for all Transfer Transactions and ensuring accuracy of the transactions.
Provide remittance services (local & inward), locker services etc.
Act as the primary contact person and resolves operational issues.
Update KYC profile as per prevailing BFIU Circulars.
Provide professional services of Islami Banking related products to address a wide range of customers’ different services and financial needs.
Timely submission of various reports with accuracy.
Create a working environment where customer can get best attention and quality services.
Provide banking services in accordance with the high standards of service quality of the bank.
Ensure compliances of Regulatory requirements and operational guidelines of the Bank in day to day operations.
Ensure compliance of Shariah Rules, Guidelines, Circulars, Instructions of Bangladesh Bank, other Regulatory Authorities and CHQ in operation of the Islami Banking Windows.
Perform any other job as and when assigned by the Branch & Head Office Management.
