• Minimum 08 years of on job experience in relevant desk/field in reputed Islami Banking Organization. Candidate has exposure as a Relationship Manager (RM) will get preference.

• In-depth knowledge of Islami Sariah principle, Islami jurisprudence & Islami Deposit & Investment modes and products.

• Should have know how on AAOIFI’s & IFSB Shariah Standards on various Islami Investment & Deposit Products.

• Strong analytical and Decision making skill with clear understanding of financial statements.

• Must have experience and adequate knowledge in Corporate, SME, Retail finance, Credit/Investment risk factors, policy and guideline, industry and market dynamics.

• In-depth knowledge about RMG/Textile/Pharmaceuticals business and its risk assessment.

• Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.

• Should have expertise to run assigned technical job independently.

• Need to perform any relevant job as assigned by the Line Manager/ Management.

• Capable to work under pressure.

• Must be hard working with fervent attitude.

• Prepare Investment Memos for submitting to competent approval authority ensuring compliance with necessary guidelines, rules and regulations, and applicable investment norms of the Bank.

• Analyze Investment proposal received from Branches/IBWs and Direct Sales Teams.

• Follow-up and maintain tracking on client financial performance, Audit compliance, and self-identified investment risk issues to ensure satisfactory closure.

• Monitor and ensure proper documentation of the investment.

• Fraud detection / fund diversification challenges at the strategy and portfolio level and provide analytical/modeling solutions.

• Ensure investment approval as per Banks policy and process.

• Maintain proper database for investment proposals.

• Utilize customer data to build risk segmentation and mitigation strategies.

• Present Investment Memorandum (IM) in Credit Committee/EC if necessary.

• Update line manager with timely projection and latest status.

• Escalate any client related issues to line manager for prompt solution.

• Ensure accurate reporting of financial data and client.

• Perform all other duties & responsibilities as and when assigned by the Supervisor.
