Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/Equivalent from any recognized University/Institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct fact findings on Human Rights Violation cases at any where of the country.
∎ Report writing on Investigations.
∎ Initiate follow up and action on the investigated issue.
∎ Draft letters and reports as required.
∎ Participate in trainings/workshops/ seminars related to Human Rights.
∎ Assist in Campaigning and lobbying activities.
∎ Any other job having mindset to do frequently field visit.
∎ Coordinate and work alongside Human Rights Defenders Forum (HRDF) at district level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ At least 2 years working experience in relevant field. Having investigation training will add extra value.
∎ The applicants should have experience to work in the area of NGO sectors.
∎ The applicant should have experience in similar position.
∎ Fluency both in Bengali & English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Applicant should have good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
∎ Willing to able frequent field visit at least 12-14 days in a month in anywhere of the country.
∎ Female are encourage to apply.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
