Additional Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IPE or a related field from reputed public or private university.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responds to the needs of the different processes or business units, generating, compiling, analyzing and providing information necessary for the execution of operations, control, continuous improvement and monitoring of the performance indicators of the company.
Assist to the Procurement team in data collection, vendor coordination, and documentation tasks.
Assist with vendor research: Identify and prepare data for vendor evaluation.
Prepare reports on vendor performance.
Assist in supporting negotiations with historical data and current market trends.
Perform various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and report generation.
Comply with the requirements of the Global Quality System (GQS) related to its function, understood as a quality system:
Documentation, work method and expectations of the internal and external customer regarding a process, product or service.
Execute and enforce the provisions of environment, health and safety.
Execute functions that the Immediate Supervisor indicates in relation to his position and process.
