Responsibilities & Context:
* Generate new business leads and client opportunities.
* Promote company services including Web Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, E-commerce Development, Cloud Services, Social Media Marketing, IT Consulting , Support & Maintenance.
* Communicate with clients through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Coordinate with technical teams to understand customer requirements.
* Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
* Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of IT services and digital marketing concepts.
* Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing tools.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
