Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To consult with students and guardians over the phone about admission procedure of foreign universities
∎ Managing all customer queries over the phone
∎ Creating and Managing Customer, Maintain visitors Database and regular follow-up
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face
∎ Host seminars with prospective students regarding our promotions and services.
∎ Maintain Facebook page and queries.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ Communicate with foreign universities/colleges on behalf of company.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
∎ Assist student for their whole admissions & visa procedure

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years experience, Freshers' can also apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive increment & performance bonus
