Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for international patients, providing support and addressing inquiries throughout their medical journey.
∎ Understand patients' medical needs and preferences, coordinating personalized treatment options with renowned healthcare providers.
∎ Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring all medical arrangements are made efficiently.
∎ Organize travel logistics, including visa assistance, flight bookings, and accommodation arrangements to ensure a smooth stay for patients.
∎ Provide cultural orientation and language interpretation support, helping patients adapt to the local environment and healthcare practices.
∎ Monitor the quality of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with international standards of care and safety.
∎ Foster strong partnerships with healthcare providers and service partners to optimize the medical tourism experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in medical tourism or related industry.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and additional Hindi being advantageous.
∎ Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing patient itineraries and travel arrangements.
∎ Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to cater to the needs of patients from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive medical tourism experience.
