Responsibilities & Context: Talent Centric is seeking a proactive and persuasive International Business Development Trainee/Executive to generate leads and promote work opportunities in Japan to clients in Bangladesh, as well as pursue relevant placement opportunities in Japan.
This role requires making a high volume of outbound cold calls daily, engaging potential candidates, and driving enrollment through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make at least 100 cold calls daily to prospective students and clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, and other outreach methods.
- Engage potential candidates by clearly explaining program benefits and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or tracking tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to align outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and enrollments secured.
- Provide feedback from prospects to help refine marketing messages and program offerings.
- Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
