Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and set-up an effective Internal Control System (ICS) structure
∎ Assure the functionality of the ICS by adequate supervision, monitoring and management of the procedures, ICS staff, ICS resources, ICS financials, ICS documentation (incl. updates and distribution)
∎ Allocate resources and employ staff in consultation with the Certificate Holder to achieve the objectives of the Organic Grower Group Shatkhira (OGGS)
∎ Develop training and extension materials
∎ Organise and conduct training, seminar and workshop with farmers/ ICS staff/ hatchery/ processor and other stakeholders
∎ Initiate linkages with processors, hatcheries and other stakeholders who are involved in the OGGS activities
