∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Shrimp, Fisheries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with field team to collect up-to-date information of farming activities
∎ Motivate farmers to sell shrimps in the KMI collection centres
∎ Survey market to fix the RM /shrimp price
∎ Coordinate with farmers to monitor shrimp harvest
∎ Monitor and record all the activities of field team and collection centres, maintain proper documentation
∎ Assist field team to purchase shrimp as per demand of the company
∎ Arrange payment to the farmers through field team, usually a collection center leader
∎ Conduct specific farmer training and field staff training
∎ Organise, manage and maintain proper documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ • Candidate should have work experience of at least for 2 years in relevant field.
∎ • Candidates having experiences in aquaculture, supply chain management will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
