Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Master & Graduation in Accounting from any reputed institution.
∎ CACC will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physically Market Verification.
∎ Physical Verification of Received goods from General Store and Accessories Store.
∎ Physically verify the wastage and leftover disposal.
∎ Checking different bills like Fuel Bills/Twisting Bill/Conveyance Bill/Entertainment Bill/Lunch Bill etc.
∎ Surprise Physical counting of materials.
∎ Checking Proforma Invoices of Trims, Yarn, and Fabrics to comply with approved ERP generate work orders and confirming the rate, consumption, and wastage percentage as per SOP.
∎ Checking Local Acceptance Documents.
∎ Conduct cash voucher post-audit and prepare reports.
∎ Checking Commercial Bill of UD/GSP/SAFTA/STAMP/BL.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Manufacturing company and Composite RMG experience will get preference.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
∎ Minimum 3 years of audit experience.
