Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sustainability Intern (Contractual) in the Sustainability Department. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to community-focused initiatives and gain hands-on experience in fieldwork and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys to collect data on community needs, caregiving practices, and participant feedback.

• Assist in designing survey questionnaires and data collection tools under the guidance of the project supervisor.

• Engage with local communities, caregivers, and stakeholders to gather accurate and reliable information.

• Enter, organize, and maintain collected data in digital or physical records.

• Support the team in analyzing survey findings and preparing summary reports.

• Participate in project meetings and contribute observations and recommendations from fieldwork.

• Ensure ethical standards, confidentiality, and sensitivity while interacting with participants.

• Provide logistical support during field visits, including scheduling, travel coordination, and resource management.

  Working Hours & Conditions

• Hours: 08 hours per day

• Condition: Outdoor

• Travel: TA & DA will be provided as per company policy

  Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized institution in Social Work, Early Childhood Development, Psychology, Public Health, Sociology, Education, Development Studies, or related disciplines.

• Educational Qualification: Excellent in Bangla & English, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Working Experience: Prior experience in surveys, field research, or community engagement is an advantage but not mandatory.
