Responsibilities & Context:
Develop a foundational understanding of supply chain processes through structured guidance and on-the-job learning
Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to procurement operations
Support ongoing projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and process optimization
Help in tracking and preparing basic reports on supply chain performance for internal review
Assist in conducting inventory analysis and preparing periodic reports under supervision
Support market research activities, including analysis of supply markets and identification of potential vendors
Assist in retrieving and analyzing spend data to support sourcing and procurement strategies
Assist in preparing RFQs and RFIs for review by senior team members
Provide support in procurement processes such as vendor documentation, pre-qualification, and purchase order tracking
