Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop a foundational understanding of supply chain processes through structured guidance and on-the-job learning

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to procurement operations

  • Support ongoing projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency and process optimization

  • Help in tracking and preparing basic reports on supply chain performance for internal review

  • Assist in conducting inventory analysis and preparing periodic reports under supervision

  • Support market research activities, including analysis of supply markets and identification of potential vendors

  • Assist in retrieving and analyzing spend data to support sourcing and procurement strategies

  • Assist in preparing RFQs and RFIs for review by senior team members

  • Provide support in procurement processes such as vendor documentation, pre-qualification, and purchase order tracking
