∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
∎ Familiarity with strategic management, strategic planning, market analysis, financial analysis, or project management concepts is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing business documents and presentations.
∎ Interest in business strategy, market trends, and investment analysis.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
∎ An eagerness to learn about strategic portfolio management and business development.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in conducting industry and market analysis to support strategic planning.
∎ Collaborate with various business units to enhance inter-SBU coordination and operational efficiency.
∎ Support in preparing investment proposals, business concept papers, and joint venture (JV) plans.
∎ Participate in roadshows, seminars, fairs, and policy meetings to understand industry developments and identify potential business sectors.
∎ Contribute to the development and analysis of business strategies across key sectors, including automobile, energy, agriculture, and engineering.
∎ Aid in researching and identifying strategic business partners for potential collaborations.
∎ Assist in compiling and presenting reports, presentations, and other documentation for senior management.
