∎ • Converting leads into applicants
∎ • Managing recruiting events

∎ • Tracking, measuring and reporting on campaign results
∎ • Managing recruitment marketing operations and technology
∎ • Managing contracts with vendors and agencies
∎ • Building up a very intimate relationship with root-level farmers and business partners.
