Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We're seeking an intern interested in sales strategy development tailored for Bangladesh's consumer landscape. This role involves identifying specific consumer segments and crafting approaches to engage and captivate these audiences. We're on the hunt for enthusiastic individuals to join our sales team in Bangladesh Market. We're specifically seeking an intern who is passionate about technology-driven sales or sales strategy, prioritizing the establishment of long-lasting relationships and driving revenue growth.
∎ Assist in tailoring B2B and B2C/SME sales strategies for the Bangladesh market, focusing
∎ on segment targeting and relationship building.
∎ Contribute to evaluating sales performance using data analytics and customer feedback, implementing improvement strategies based on sales analytics for continuous enhancement.
∎ Analyze sales data, implement enhancement strategies, and leverage B2B and B2C/SME
∎ tools for tracking, reporting, and forecasting sales activities.
∎ Collaborate with customer support teams, supervise online sales channels, and manage budgets for cost-effective sales activities.
∎ Support the optimization of sales across online channels and e-commerce platforms, collaborating with partners to maximize visibility and sales potential.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Full-time salary ranges 5,000 tk to 8,000 tk.
∎ Subsidized Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Snacks.
∎ Sales commissions will be disbursed at the time of confirmed business realization.
