∎ Proficiency in navigating the Bangladesh SME market and e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are in search of an adept SME Sales Strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that harmonizes with our company's objectives while catering to the intricate dynamics of the Bangladesh consumer market. This role entails the identification and precise targeting of distinct consumer segments, utilizing tailored sales approaches to effectively engage and capture these audiences Create and execute a comprehensive SME sales plan that is carefully in line with the company's overall goals and the particulars of the Bangladeshi consumer market.

∎ Precisely identify and localize specific customer categories to finely tailored sales strategies, guaranteeing accuracy in targeting and interaction tactics.
∎
∎ • Oversee the strategic initiative to attract new small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients by means of well-targeted advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and all- encompassing customer interaction tactics. Create and carry out retention strategies aimed at building long-lasting bonds with customers that will promote sustained engagement and loyalty.
∎ • Engage closely with the business & marketing team to ensure optimal product positioning and messaging tailored for the consumer market. Offer valuable insights into consumer preferences and trends, facilitating informed decision-making in shaping effective marketing strategies.
∎ • Achieve quarter and annual SME sales targets set in collaboration with reporting authority.
∎ • Leverage data analytics and customer feedback to meticulously evaluate SME sales performance. Initiate the implementation of improvement strategies founded on sales analytics, ensuring a continuous enhancement of sales methodologies.
∎ • Work closely with the Operations group to ensure that customers have a smooth positive experience. Respond to consumer complaints and feedback promptly, using the
∎ information acquired to inform improvements to services and products.
∎ • Supervise and enhance sales performance across diverse online channels and e-commerce platforms. Foster collaborations with e-commerce partners to amplify
∎ visibility and drive sales to their maximum potential.
∎ • Create and oversee budgets for SME sales initiatives, giving cost-effectiveness first priority and guaranteeing a positive return on investment.
∎ • Collaborate with the Business & Accounts Department to ensure Business realization.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Minimum full-time salary ranges between BDT 30,000 to BDT 50,000.
∎ Allowances are included.
∎ Tax on salary, if applicable, will be deducted at source.
∎ Two festival bonuses (2 Basics) per year.
∎ Subsidized Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Snacks.
∎ PF & Gratuity are available to be availed by the employee.
∎ Sales commissions will be disbursed at the time of confirmed business realization.
