• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), MIS reporting; BI tools knowledge is a plus.

• Understanding of sales, trade offer mechanics, and cost analysis.

• Experience in FMCG / Electrical / Building Materials industry preferred.

• Analyze primary & secondary sales data to evaluate sales performance vs target.

• Evaluate trade offers and promotional schemes to assess effectiveness and ROI.

• Analyze offer cost vs incremental sales and margin impact.

• Track monthly and seasonal sales trends (including offer-period performance).

• Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and business insights for management.

• Support offer planning by validating assumptions with data analysis.

• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in sales and offer management.

• Coordinate with sales, finance, and marketing teams for data accuracy.
