Responsibilities & Context:
Growth Dominator is a results-driven SEO agency focused on helping businesses grow their online presence, increase organic traffic, and generate high-quality leads. We collaborate with clients globally across various industries to deliver impactful SEO strategies and measurable results. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to work closely with our team and ensure smooth, efficient execution of all SEO campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
Act as the main point of contact for clients. Understanding their SEO goals, setting clear expectations, and providing regular updates on campaign performance and progress.
Team Management:
Work closely with SEO specialists, content writers, and link-building teams to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all SEO activities.
Quality Control:
Review and oversee all SEO deliverables, including content, on-page optimization, and backlinks to ensure they meet both client expectations and industry best practices.
Client Communication:
Manage all communication related to campaign timelines, reports, feedback, and revisions. Ensuring a professional and transparent client experience.
Workflow Management:
Ensure all SEO tasks (technical audits, keyword research, content creation, link building, etc.) are executed efficiently and in the correct sequence.
Operations Management:
Track campaign timelines, monitor KPIs, manage deliverables, and proactively address any delays or issues to keep projects on track.
Account Ownership:
Take full ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and consistent performance improvement across all SEO campaigns.
