About the Company

Najifa International & Dallas Overseas is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executives who are passionate about field marketing, client communication, and lead generation.

• Actively conduct field marketing by visiting targeted offices and business establishments to generate immediate sales opportunities

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through persuasive communication and strong negotiation skills

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets set by management

• Execute high-impact marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels to maximize reach and conversions

• Build and maintain a strong client pipeline through continuous follow-ups and relationship management

• Track, analyze, and report daily performance, including leads, conversions, and field activities, to the supervisor

• Take ownership of assigned areas/territories to ensure maximum market penetration and revenue growth
