Responsibilities & Context:
Epic Digital is a content and marketing studio in Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka. We run social media promotion for our own online projects and for clients, and our evening team does a big share of that work. This internship is how we grow that team.
This is a paid internship: 5pm to 9pm, six days a week (off: Sunday), at our office in Mirpur DOHS, for three months.
What you will do:
Social media promotion work that changes with the project: writing short posts, replying to comments and messages, keeping simple logs
Draft with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude then fix the wording yourself
We train you from your first day. Sometimes that is a written guide or a video, and more often it is one of us sitting beside you and showing you how a thing is done. You do real work on real projects, not intern busywork, and the allowance is paid every month from month one.
Honest note: this is repetitive, detail-heavy computer work. We say that plainly so nobody is surprised in week two.
Terms:
Monthly allowance 5,000-7,000 taka, paid every month
Three months. Interns who do well are offered a permanent part-time seat at a higher salary, with a monthly profit-share bonus
Tea, coffee and snacks on shift
We do not ask for a security deposit, a bond, or a service agreement of any kind, at any stage. If an employer in Bangladesh asks you for money, walk away from it.
