Responsibilities & Context: Additional Requirements: Age 25 to 35 years. Only Male. Must be physically fit and able to perform maintenance related tasks. Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if necessary. Must have a positive attitude, sense of discipline and responsibility. Must have the ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergency maintenance situations. Special instructions: Interested candidates from outside Chittagong district are encouraged to apply. The Plumber of the organization will be responsible for the proper operation, maintenance and repair of all plumbing systems of the hotel. He will ensure the effectiveness of the water supply, drainage and sanitary systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: Supervise the installation, repair and maintenance of the hotel`s plumbing system, pipelines, pumps, valves, sanitary fixtures and water supply system. Ensure the effectiveness of the plumbing system through regular inspections and preventive maintenance. Resolve guest complaints and maintenance requests quickly and professionally. Identify plumbing defects and take necessary corrective measures quickly. Regularly monitor the activities of water supply, drainage and sewage systems. Maintaining maintenance records and informing higher authorities about major defects. Properly follow hotel policies, safety standards, and health regulations. Assist in coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. Perform emergency maintenance activities assigned by management.
