Responsibilities & Context: Additional Requirements: Age 20 to 25 years Only Male Excellent communication skill and fluency in English is mandatory. Should have excellent computer knowledge of MS word, excel, power point, e-mail etc. At least 3 to 5 years practical working experience in the same or similar position in a International Brand Hotel. Ability to develop inter-personal relationship within and outside the organization. Effective leadership skill. Self motivated, pro active and guest focused team player. Responsibilities & Context: Responsible for serving food and beverages in restaurant efficiently and in a most courteous manner. Sets up tables in accordance with Restaurant policy. Escort guest to their tables. Take orders and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in dining establishment. Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed. Inform guest of daily specials. Transports soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen and depositing them in proper placing at the Sink area. Carry out all duties in accordance with tasks and descriptions with reference to established rules and policies. Keeps general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas. Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual. Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware. Maintains cleanliness and place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation. Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment. Maintains excellent grooming standard at all times. Establishes effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
