Responsibilities & Context:
Enter and manage lead/client data accurately in CRM or spreadsheets
Assist with LinkedIn profile management and content posting for client accounts
Support affiliate campaign tracking and reporting
Handle day-to-day English communication with clients or leads (chat/email)
Perform general digital admin tasks (scheduling, follow-ups, data organization)
Report progress and updates to the team lead/manager
