Minimum 6 months of experience in E-commerce, Key Accounts, or Online Sales
Freshers with strong e-commerce/marketplace knowledge may also apply
Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Strong communication skills (English + Bangla)
Comfortable working with data, pricing, and order-tracking systems
Basic knowledge of digital marketing/social media is a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
JOB OVERVIEW
Syntax Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused E-commerce Key Accounts Executive to manage and grow the group's presence on major e-commerce marketplaces. The role will own marketplace performance, order management, and seller-partner relationships driving online sales growth across Syntax Mart and Syntax Food.
Job Location: Dhaka In-office / Any where in Bangladesh
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce marketplaces
Upload, update and optimize product listings (pricing, images, descriptions)
Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve issues and negotiate campaigns
Monitor and process orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery
Track marketplace KPIs
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
Handle customer queries and complaints raised through marketplace channels
Analyze competitor pricing and marketplace trends
Prepare weekly/monthly e comerce sales and performance reports
Ensure brand consistency across all online storefronts
