• Age At least 24 years

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce or Online Sales

• Proven experience in generating real-time sales and achieving measurable online sales targets

• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations

• Proficiency in Google Doc, Sheets, Mailing, Newsletter.

• Knowledge of digital marketing/social media is a plus

Job Overview: Syntax Group is looking for a proactive and customer-focused E-commerce Assistant Manager to manage and grow the group`s presence on major e-commerce marketplaces. The role will own marketplace performance, order management, and seller-partner relationships - driving online sales growth across Syntax Mart and Syntax Food.
Job Location: Dhaka In-office / Any where in Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on e-commerce marketplaces

• Monitor and process orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery

• Track marketplace KPIs

• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns

• Handle customer queries and complaints raised through marketplace channels

• Analyze competitor pricing and marketplace trends

• Prepare weekly/monthly e-commerce sales and performance reports

• Salary: BDT 30,000-40,000 (negotiable for an exceptional candidate)
