Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor service and kitchen staff. Customer Service: Greet guests, monitor dining room quality, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally. Operations Oversight: Coordinate shift openings and closings, manage table flow, and keep communication clear between staff and management. Safety & Sanitation: Enforce health codes, hygiene rules, and food safety regulations. Inventory & Admin: Track stock levels, order supplies, and handle basic POS (Point of Sale) transaction reconciliations. Requirements: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods.
