Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Data Center Maintenance (Temperature, Humidity, Fire Safety, and UPS monitoring), Link/Nodes, Bandwidth, Network and Server device monitoring, and ISP communication.
∎ Network & Server devices Primary level Operation and troubleshooting.
∎ All type of configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Branch Office, CMS, WP, Mikrotik VPN server and primary support of Call Center and IP Telephony.
∎ WBS checklist entry and Report/Documentations Readiness.
