Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IT or CSE
∎ Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
∎ Minimum GPA of 3.0
∎ American International University Bangladesh,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,University of Dhaka,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Daffodil International University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: IT Troubleshooting, Networking and Communications
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support IT Head in maintaining all IT hardware related information database and inventory.
∎ Provide technical assistance in repairing of equipment's based on need (Computers, Laptops, printers, etc.)
∎ Assist IT Head in installation of application and software maintenance (MS office, Outlook & other office applications as and when requested with approval)
∎ Work to manage and organizing IT assets as per IT Head's instruction
∎ Assist IT Head to contact with the vendor for necessary service/product requisition.
∎ Assist IT head to ensure software update and user access, email creation and closing as per requirement.
∎ Handle IT related documentation and make sure that all IT supplies are available and serves to the user as per their requirement.
∎ Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.
∎ Assist in maintaining Internet service, firewalls, and telephone systems (IP Phone) operating smoothly.
∎ Assist IT Head in providing IT orientation to new joiners and managing documentation processes of IT manuals related training and guidance.
∎ Any other task as advised by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good understanding of MS Office application and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
∎ Excellent communication skill and ability to write both Bangla and English using computer applications
∎ Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, LAN, WAN, Server and IT application management
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work well in teams with minimum supervision
∎ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
