Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA preferably major in Human Resources Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the recruitment processes including volunteer recruitment processes.
∎ Assist in organizing the HR Induction programme for staff of the organization
∎ Assist in HR operations such as preparing ID Card (RRRC and Volunteer), attendance monitoring and report Preparation and updating Employee Contact list and Leave Management.
∎ Assist to improve the existing filing systems (hardcopy & electronic filing systems)
∎ Assist to develop various internal communication tools.
∎ Promoting and ensuring compliance with the requirements of Concern's Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability (CHS) to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback.
∎ Any other duties as specified by the Line Manager/Emergency Director/HR team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 year experience of working for international and development oriented organisations. Having similar working experience will be given preference.
∎ Working experience and good knowledge of Rohingya refugee programmes will be given preference
∎ Understanding of current best practices in HRM.
∎ Fluency in English, both written and verbal as well as Bangla.
∎ Proficient knowledge of standard computer software.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
