Job Context:
∎ Responsible for managing HR and administration operations that include recruitment and selection, staffing, ensuring job descriptions for all, and ensuring the HR and Admin policies and code of conduct are well circulated to every employee to ensure fruitful implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth Implementation of Group HR Policies and Code of Conduct
∎ Assist in the recruitment & selection process in terms of primary selection, technical assessment, age verification, and background verification within the deadline
∎ Handle the Interview process accordingly
∎ Ensure JD for the necessary position
∎ Prepare show cause notice, warning letters, dismissal letters, Experience letters, etc.
∎ Maintain all HR issues as per law benchmark
∎ Ensure proper attendance & leave management
∎ Ensure to maintain all personal files and update documentation regularly as per requirement
∎ Identify & ensure organized awareness or development training as per requirement
∎ Maintain liaison with Head Office HR for all HR and Admin issues to update and impose
∎ Monitor and update all separation issues to Group HR as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Package
∎ Must be Smart & Energetic
∎ Multitasking Ability
Salary:
∎ Tk. 6000 (Monthly)
∎ As per group policy, salary will be reviewed in a smart package after successfully completing the internship if he/she qualified with our criteria to be a permanent employee
