Job Summary
We are looking for motivated Tele Sales, CRM, Data Analysis, and Business Growth interns to join our team and facilitate business growth while gaining hands-on experience in tele sales, CRM, and business growth. These roles are ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a foundation in CRM, telemarketing, marketing, and corporate growth with a clear path to leadership. You'll work closely with senior managers, team leads, and senior management teams, contributing to sales and CRM excellence, growth analysis, cost optimisation, compliance, and strategic budgeting. As a full-time position, it offers intensive training, mentorship, and real-world exposure to telemarketing, sales, CRM, corporate sales, marketing, and growth—paving the way for exceptional career progression at Fargo.
Key Responsibilities:
Tele sales Intern –
You have to deal with CRM and ensure you get to know all customers, foster a rock-solid relationship with customers, get to know the details of customers, and generate sales (at least 50-100 sales) per day.
Maintain a record of all customers contacted and, at the end of the day, report to the supervisor and maintain a log sheet of progress. Every day, progress must be improved by at least 5%.
Treat customers as the dearest close ones and establish long-term relations.
Receive training on CRM, communication, telesales, and cold calling, and maintain the highest standards of ethics and principles.
Maintain all best practices of CRM and conduct your own research on CRM improvement; document and share them with the supervisors.
Career Growth:
Outstanding performers will fast-track to roles like Operations Manager, Head of Telesales, or Operations Director within 3-5 years, with salaries ranging from BDT 70,000 to 150,000, plus benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, house rent, annual bonuses, and professional development allowances if s/he contributes to the growth of the company seamlessly and generate sales exponentially.
Learning Opportunities:
Structured on-the-job training and workshops on advanced training will be provided on marketing, telesales, growth, analysis, project assignments, accounting and compliance, and exposure to cross-functional projects for holistic skill-building.

Competitive Compensation: BDT 10,000 per month will be paid during the 2-month training period, with performance-based increments. If a candidate is a fast learner and ready to join the team as a full-time permanent employee, her/his six month probation period will end instantly, and she/he will get a salary in the corporate structure after two months. Please note that all interns must pass the training and evaluation with the highest score.
