∎ Business discipline preferred (BBA, MBA, Marketing, Management), but candidates from other fields with strong communication skills and interest in business development are also welcome.

∎ Basic understanding of the healthcare ecosystem is a plus.
∎ Smart, well-presented, and outgoing personality.
∎ Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and perform.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Comfortable with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
∎ Confident in communicating with professionals and high-level stakeholders.
∎ Comfortable using public transport to travel across city/local areas.
∎ Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and generate leads from private hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers across Bangladesh.
∎ Establish contact with decision-makers (doctors, managers, owners) of healthcare facilities.
∎ Pitch Suhaas’ services and demonstrate platform value to stakeholders.
∎ Onboard healthcare providers onto the Suhaas platform.
∎ Collect and verify necessary documentation and information for registration.
∎ Maintain a database of leads, communications, and onboarding status.
∎ Collaborate with the core business development team and report progress regularly.
∎ Represent Suhaas at healthcare-related field activities, meetings, or local events.
∎ Ensure continuous follow-up with onboarded clients for user satisfaction and future engagement.
∎ Remote Internship with 80% field work (you will work from the home and report remotely).
∎ No fixed remuneration. Commission-based earnings.
∎ Commission and performance bonuses will be paid on or before the 4th of every month.
∎ Opportunity to be promoted as a full-time Business Development Executive after 3 months, based on performance.
