Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from various business processes and systems to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
∎ Support in creating and maintaining detailed documentation, such as business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for senior business analysts and management.
∎ Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and work with the team to propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making.
∎ Assist in communication with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
∎ Help with testing new processes, systems, and tools, ensuring that they align with business objectives and requirements.
∎ Contribute to the execution of projects by providing analytical support and helping manage timelines and deliverables.
