Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• Age At least 23 years

• Current student or recent graduate in Architecture from a recognized university.

• Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction drawings.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, or similar tools will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of building materials and construction practices in Bangladesh.

• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team.

• Good communication skills and professional work ethics.

1. Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings.

2. Support senior architects in design development and concept presentations.

3. Help prepare drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant software.

4. Assist in preparing BOQs, basic specifications, and design documentation.

5. Coordinate with site engineers for minor design clarifications.

6. Conduct basic site visits and assist in site measurement and reporting.

7. Support documentation for approval submissions and project records.

8. Perform any other architectural or project-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
