Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning from Govt. recognized institute at least 2nd division/class in all public examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing quality teaching and training to the students following CBT&A.
∎ Developing lesson plans and learning objectives that are based on course outlines of VTC.
∎ Maintaining all student records and reports and evaluating the progress of students.
∎ Ensuring a safe environment for each trainee.
∎ Motivating and counseling trainees on regular basis in order to make them able to think, learn, cope with new situations and accept the new challenges after completion of the training course.
∎ Responsible and accountable for shop management and housekeeping as listed: cleaning, ventilation, lighting, tool, material and storage etc.
∎ Any other activities given time to time by Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3-5 years of teaching experience (essential).
∎ NTVQF level-1, and CBT & A (Level-4) Pedagogy (essential)
∎ Proficiency in computer applications is must.
∎ Practical experience in Central Air-conditioning system will get preference.
∎ Good command in English language and high interpersonal skills & coordination skills.
∎ Strong interest in the needs and development of the children and youth.

Salary:
∎ As per existing Organization Policy.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per existing Organization Policy.
∎ After probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children’s Education Allowance, Group Insurance (Death & Accidental) as per existing policy of the organization.
