Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer from Govt. recognized institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing quality teaching and training to the students following CBT&A;
∎ Developing lesson plans and learning objectives that are based on course outlines of VTC;
∎ Maintaining all student records and reports and evaluating the progress of students;
∎ Ensuring a safe environment for each trainee;
∎ Motivating and counseling trainees on regular basis in order to make them able to think, learn, cope with new situations and accept the new challenges after completion of the training course;
∎ Any other activities given time to time by Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3-5 years of teaching experience (essential);
∎ Sound Knowledge and practical experience in Graphic Design, Adobe Illustrator etc. (essential);
∎ At least 2nd division/class in all public examinations ;
∎ NTVQF level-1, and CBT & A (Level-4) Pedagogy preferable.
∎ Good command in English language.
∎ High interpersonal skills and coordination skills.
∎ Strong interest in the needs and development of the children and youth.

Salary:
∎ As per existing Organization Practice.
