Job Responsibilities:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Successful implementation of Basic Driving training and Road safety and defensive driving training.
∎ Making BRAC Driving School self-sustained
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Conduct basic driving training for novice driver and prepare them as safe and skillful driver
∎ Assisting the trainees in successfully facing Driving Competency Test Board (DCTB) interview
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of training vehicle.
∎ Keep records of training related documents and prepare necessary reports.
∎ Make effective communication and maintain liaison with BRAC programs, related Govt. departments and vehicle owners and workers associations.
∎ Help increase enrollment of trainees in BRAC driving school.
∎ Perform other necessary tasks assigned by the authority.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of practice, promote and endorse the safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do
∎ Perform other necessary legal tasks assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good presentation, communication and negotiation skill.
∎ Good Commend on Motorcycle riding.
∎ Clear Concept on road safety and defensive driving
∎ Having clear concept on engine and other controlling systems of vehicle and also on trouble shooting.
∎ Sufficient knowledge in computer operation.
∎ Physically fit (Specially Eye-sight & listening power will have to be perfect)
∎ Team building and ensuring team work.
∎ Having valid driving license
